At Team Anvil, we leverage our extensive law enforcement and military experience to provide top-tier firearms training. Our mission is to equip individuals with the skills and confidence needed for responsible firearm use. We support Range Safety Officers (RSOs), offer basic to advanced training, and specialize in Close Quarters Battle (CQB) classes. With us, you gain the expertise required for any situation, all backed by our commitment to professionalism and safety.

Founder · Chief Training Officer

Founded by Emmett, our Chief Training Officer, a dedicated Army Infantry veteran with 18 years of service in Rapid Deployment Units, Emmett’s journey as a warfighter took an unexpected turn when he was medically retired due to injuries sustained in both combat and training. His firsthand experience fuels our mission to coach, teach, mentor and train individuals/agencies, equipping them with the skills and knowledge required for responsible firearm use and the application of force required to fight, win and survive violent encounters.

Alex is the driving force behind Team Anvil HQ’s firearms training excellence. As a current law enforcement officer, Alex brings a wealth of practical knowledge and real-world experience to the table. In his role as Chief Firearms Instructor, he crafts meticulously designed curriculum that not only elevates the skills of our clients but also supports Range Safety Officers (RSOs) in their vital roles. Alex’s dedication to safety and expertise ensures that our training programs stand at the forefront of responsible firearm use.

Zach is an Army veteran with 12 years of military service, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership, firearms proficiency, small-unit tactics, and operational planning. Following his military career, he transitioned into Executive Protection, providing security for high-profile clients in dynamic and complex environments. Drawing from real-world experience, he is committed to coaching and mentoring responsible, capable individuals by emphasizing practical skills, sound decision-making, and a mindset built on preparedness and professionalism.
